Green Road, Parish of Elgin, County of Albert, rectangular in shape, having a frontage of approxi mately 165 feet (50.2 metres) along Green Rd. at the north, and a depth of approximately 1404 feet (428 metres). The area is 5.31 acres, or 2.15 hectares.
From Moncton, take Highway 2, then 1, southwesterly about 44 kilometres to Highway 905 at Petit codiac. Turn left (southeast) onto Highway 905 and proceed about 12 kilometres to Green Rd. Turn right (west) on Green Rd. and proceed about 3 kilometres to Mount Pleasant Rd. Turn right (north) on Mount Pleasant Rd. and continue about a kilometre to Spring Rd. Turn left (west) on Spring Rd. and proceed about 1.15 kilometres to the property.
Spring Rd. defines the north limit of the property; it also provides vehicular access.
The property is mostly wooded, and is without any dwellings or other structures. While there is a structure on the property immediately to the west, the area is fairly sparsely settled. It is relatively flat, and there don’t appear to be any watercourses or wetlands on or near the property.
There is a small parcel of Crown Land about 2 kilometres northeast of the property, but there doesn’t appear to be any vehicular access. Larger parcels are farther away and mostly inaccessible by road.
This location is less than an hour by car southwest of Moncton where all the conveniences and recreational possibilities of a modern city are available. Being close to a the seaside there are many outdoor recreational activities available - fishing, boating, camping, and swimming, to name just a few. Also, this property is located in an extensive forest area which is sparsely inhabited, and is ideal for simply enjoying a quiet retreat into nature.
