Highway 10, Salmon Creek, Parish of Chipman, County of Queens, polygonal in shape, having a frontage of approximately 1045 feet (318 metres) along Highway 10 at the north, and a depth of 3,300 feet (1006 metres). The area is 94.7 acres, or 38.3 hectares.
From Fredericton, take Highway 10 easterly about 68 kilometres to the property, which extends south from Highway 10. Access is via a short unpaved lane.
The property is almost entirely wooded except for a clear area of about 3.8 acres adjacent to the highway, and is without any dwellings or other structures. There is a dwelling immediately west of the property, and overall the area is moderately settled. There is also a dwelling immediately north of the property on the north side of the highway. The property is relatively flat and is crossed by Salmon Creek which flows within a wetland which occupies about 2 acres of the wooded part of the property. An electric power easement or right-of-way crosses the property diagonally near the south end.
The property is bounded on the south by an extensive tract of Crown Land, and even larger expans es of Crown Land are nearby to the north and west which extend for thousands of square miles.
This location is about 68 km or 55 minutes northeast of Fredericton where all the conveniences and recreational possibilities of a modern city are available. With the abundance of nearby Crown Land there are the opportunities for hunting, fishing, canoeing, and camping.
